We are excited to announce that Darryl Smith has joined the private equity team at Windage as an Operating Partner. Darryl brings over 25 years of experience in private equity operations and management consulting, most recently holding Operating Partner positions at Pacific Avenue Capital Partners and Skyview Capital. Prior to building a career in private equity, Darryl served for six years as a United States Marine and combat infantry officer during the Gulf War. He received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Darryl and Operating Partner Bradley Hansell will co-lead the operations and strategy function at Windage, combining best-in-class experience in corporate carve-outs and restructurings, portfolio company operations, and value creation with highly differentiated strategy and ADGS domain expertise. A native of Los Angeles, California, Darryl is based out of our headquarters in Dallas. Welcome to the team, Darryl!
